How do I receive my tickets?
After purchase, tickets will be sent to your email address. You can print them or show the QR code on your phone at the entrance.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, tickets are transferable. Simply forward the ticket email to the new attendee. Their name does not need to match the original purchaser.
What is your refund policy?
Tickets can be refunded up to 14 days before the event. After that, refunds are not available, but tickets can still be transferred to another person.
What amenities are included with VIP tickets?
VIP tickets include premium seating, access to the VIP lounge with complimentary refreshments, private restrooms, and an event program. The 3-day VIP pass also includes merchandise and meet & greet opportunities.
